Refunds
Refer to the rules and # 2 and # 5 of your rental agreement for both Aa Adults Toy Storage, LLC and Colorado Signal Storage.
Rules two and five are posted here for convenience only.
2. RENT WILL CONTINUE TO ACCRUE AT THE CURRENT RATE UNTIL YOU NOTIFY US IN WRITING BY MAIL THAT THE UNIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE LOT.
5. If you choose to move out before the 1st. of the month and notify us, the unused rent will be prorated and returned to you. This takes approximately two weeks.
Commerce City yard:
For short term over night stays. If you move out early you forfeit one days rent.
For long term full hook ups. You must give thirty days notice in writing before you move out in order to receive a refund.
All customers with pets. If you are asked to leave because of a pet violation there are no refunds of any kind.
All customers. If you are asked to leave because of a rule violation or you are breaking the law, there will be no refunds.
